“BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S”

This lot
consists
of (2) new, flat recreations of the
famous
masks worn in the 1961 film, starring Audrey
Hepburn
and George Peppard. In the famed
scene
where Audrey (Holly) dares Peppard (Paul) to steal something from
“
a 5 and 10
”
the two finally decide on a cat and dog mask,
make
their way through the
store and get away with their caper. Audrey wears the cat mask and George, the dog. There are many simplified and cartoon versions of these masks online, but none seem to capture the exact image likeness that is shown in the film….until now. These (2) flat masks are reproduced on durable, flat card stock, in full color, trimmed out, the eye-holes cut out and come with the string to put around your head. The cat is 7”w x 9”h and the dog is 6.25”w x 9”.
