GE POWERMARK GOLD LOAD CENTER Cat no. TM3220CCU MOD 1.
200Amp,  40 breaker slots (32 normal size slots, the lower 8 will accommodate narrower 1/2 width breakers to max out at 40). Type 1 Indoor enclosure, surface or flush mount. Quad 200Amp main breaker included as shown.
Unused. Was purchased from an electrician closing his business.
Busswork is clean. The housing is great. All hardware is intact.
The only flaw is that the lower 18 breaker punch-outs on the front panel have bubbled-up paint (see close-up photos). You can simply leave them that way or knock them out. There are 2 other small spots like that on the front panel main breaker opening and door corner but the rest of the door/ front panel is fine.
