Buyer pays shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Somerset Capital Group dba Somerset Power Systems is required to collect sales tax in every tax district. Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving the item, please call Somerset Power Systems for a refund. Depending on the reason, unit, or amount of days, a refund may be given in the form of: money back or item exchange.
Customer must ship the products to the address mentioned in the return instructions at their own expense. If you would like a label, please request one and we will deduct its cost from your refund. No returns will be accepted or refunds issued unless approved by Somerset Power Systems by means of an issued RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued, the customer would have 15 days to return their items for credit. Return instructions must be followed in order to receive a refund and/or avoid any charges for replacements.
