This was purchased in 1980 from Texas art supply but never used. The book has a slight musty odor from being stored over the years but comes from a non-smoking household. All instructions are included within the booklet. Standard dollhouse scale of 1 in to 1 ft. Some of the patterns are also usable as wall panelings. Original Dover publication from 1978.
