Once payment is cleared, we ship out fairly quickly, either same day or next day, I do put a 3 day shipping just incase life happens.
Our preferred method of shipping is with USPS. Please keep in mind that after we do our part of getting your product to the USPS, we can't control their speed but we will always provide a tracking number. If item is sold internationally please know it will be shipped to Global shipping department and buyer will be responsible for any shipping cost after that if that happens.
In the event that a return must be made, please know that the buyer is completely responsible for return postage. If you want a full refund you will be required to send item back in the same way you received it.
New/sealed items must be returned with factory seal unbroken. When
working in my office with items, I am being recorded at all times with items. This helps with false claims and also helps if item is damaged during shipping.
Any Item that is listed as used, please know the item is used and may have normal scuffs from normal play. Please see photos as well, that also helps determine the items condition.
