We ship UPS or USPO.... (We prefer UPS) We charge what it costs to ship the item to the nearest dollar.  When shipping packages through the Post Office, all of our packages are shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, and insurance. When shipping packages through UPS, package will be insured. We ship USPO to foreign countries...email for an estimates.
