    -  Picture of  head  shoulders (Add as an attachment to your response in the Message Board)
    -  Full Name on the ID card.
    -  Rank:   Default  is Sergeant
    - Pay Grade:  Pay Grade for Rank (If you do not know it we will fill it in for you)
    - The Issue Date of the card: Choose any date you want
    - Expiration Date:  Default is INDEF  (Stands for Indefinite as per military specs)
    This is a genuine credit card type Novelty ID and is printed directly on to the PVC card unlike other cheap laminated ID's you may find elsewhere!
